Cocktail recipes

Winter Spiced Negroni

40ml Ruby Aperitif; 20ml Martini Vibrante; 20ml gin or gin 0%; 10ml mulled spice syrup

Stir and serve on the rocks, garnished with an orange wedge dipped in cinnamon

Mulled Ruby Warmer

50ml Ruby Aperitif; 75ml 0% red wine; 75ml apple juice; 20ml cherry vanilla syrup. 

For a low-ABV option, add 20ml brandy

Warm through with orange slices and a cinnamon stick and serve in a classic latte cup

Orange Cake Sour 

50ml orange juice; 30 Ruby Aperitif; 25ml almond orgeat syrup; 15ml lemon; 2ml orange bitters; 2 drops of foamer or 20ml egg white

Shake together and serve in a coupe with an orange twist to garnish

Apple Ginger Sour

40ml Amber Digestif; 50ml apple juice; 25ml ginger syrup; 15ml lemon juice; 2 drops of foamer or 20ml egg white. For a low-ABV option, add 25ml whiskey

Shake together and serve on the rocks with a sprinkling of cinnamon

Ambervadier

30ml Amber Digestif; 25ml Ruby Aperitif; 25ml 0% rosso vermouth; 10ml maple syrup

Stir serve on the rocks with an orange twist

Amber Alexander

20ml Amber Digestif; 30ml Baileys Original Irish Cream; 30ml Tia Maria; 30ml double cream 

Shake together and serve in a coupe with a sprinkling of cinnamon

Amber Toddy

30ml Amber Digestif; 10ml lemon juice; 15ml ginger syrup; 50ml hot water. For a low-ABV option, add 20ml whiskey 

Serve with a cinnamon stick
